The role of HBCC is to advocate and lobby on behalf of M/W/DBE’s and to establish programs and networking opportunities for them to expand their resources.
Established in 2004 by Mr. Leroy Tombs, Heartland Black Chamber of Commerce, formally KBCC, Inc.; connects new and existing business to resources and opportunities that promotes prosperous and sustaining economic growth.
In the spring of 2015, HBCC became a regional chamber spreading our reach across the states of Kansas and Missouri as well as serving the states of Iowa and Nebraska.
Heartland Black Chamber of Commerce is an official member of the United States Black Chambers, Inc.
