To share our multi-generational, wealth-building platform that focuses on inner-city community growth and development. The IBA League combines the efforts of its membership to support the Community Building Initiative. Our goal is to provide resources, programs, & networks that help increase Indigenous ownership while recycling resources into local residents and youth.
The IBA started as an extension of the Association of Collegiate Pro-Activists [ACP], a professional college for advocates. IBA provided a means for ACP graduates to stay connected with one another and to practice group economics. As well, ACP members receive residency and experience credits for shadowing official business owners and leaders of the Indigenous Business Association; in exchange, older members receive guaranteed Community Service Hours, from young ACP Graduates.
